Please have your representative register your group information using the group representative’s form.
*When applying, please apply under the name of your school, not under your grade or class.

A URL for logging into the group representative’s page will be delivered to your registered email address.
Please log in from the delivered URL using your registered email address and password.

You can check the URL of the author’s application form from the group representative’s page.
Please make copies of the URL or download the QR code, etc., to distribute to contestants.

Group contestants are asked to proceed to the group contestant application form using the URL or QR code distributed by the representative.
Please confirm that the group name and address on the top of the form match your group, and then register your application information (names, ages, haiku entries). With this registration, your application is complete.

The application will be completed upon the haiku application from the author.
On the group representative’s page, you can check the haiku that have been submitted by each author.
